METHOD OF PAYMENT

Our company's policy, only accepts bank transfer. We use banking platforms.


If you prefer to use escrow services, we only use PayPal, and we will need to add a 7% surcharge to the value of the order.





o    The quantity ordered should be minimum of 20 pieces.

o    Payment terms should be done by the Irrevocable Letter of Credit / Cash Against Documents (CAD).
o    Being an high quality product, prices may fluctuating. Please query first by email for current rates.
o    We will also provide pre-shipment sample as required on company policy.
o    All trades are to done with FOB regulations and procedures.






ORDERING SAMPLE POLICY



We will ship a sample worldwide. The standard procedure would be to ship a small sample for the client to test our excellent quality. Within a few working days from the moment the payment was received and cleared, we will send the sample package.
  • All import duties are liable to the buyer, and they are responsible for them.
The following table reflects the time it takes for the shipping to arrive at your address. At the moment, we offer delivery options only to these regions.



FEDEX

Orders of samples shall be a small quantity 3 kilo to be shipped by FEDEX. It will be shipped swiftly, it's up to the client.



 

REGISTERED MAIL
A shipment over 3 kilo, and will NOT be shipped by courier, it will be sent by registered mail, which takes at most 2-3 weeks, or less.
 








MARITIME FREIGHT

For bigger orders, our logistics team will find the best overall LTL or FTL shipping option 20 ft or 40 ft.  Our customer service team will then contact you  for the freight charge before processing the order.
